Finding Family satirises the habit of reality TV - and the presenters therein - to encourage their participants to show heightened emotions. It obviously uses Long Lost Family and its lachrymose tendencies as its model but is meant to be a general comment rather than a specific pastiche of Davina McCall, who I'm sure is delightful.
