The Sun Worshipper

The Sun Worshipper is a comedy set in a churchyard hidden amongst the busy city: a man has his quiet lunchtime routine interrupted by an attractive officer worker, who is apparently looking for somewhere private to sunbathe topless. The man remains unseen, hidden behind shrubbery, and must take action if he is to get what he wants.

Making The Film

The Sun Worshipper was shot in the churchyard of St John's Church, Waterloo, in London. Many thanks go to the staff there for allowing us to use their facilities. The attractive office worker is played by Claire Elise and the man hiding a secret is played by Carey Thring (also seen playing the scary man in The Angel). The music was composed and played by Luigi Frassetto, who I've worked with many times before, and who always comes up with something engaging no matter what the brief.
